Book a Room

Meeting rooms on Level 1 of the Brownless Biomedical Library can be booked Monday to Friday at the MDHS Student Centre.

The following rooms are available to students:

• Interview Rooms 1, 2 and 3 (minimum 3 people)
• Conference Room 1 (minimum 6 people)

You will be required to provide the following information if you wish to book a room:

• Name
• Student number
• Contact telephone number
• Size of group
• Names of group members
• Time and date room is required

Bookings must be made no less than one day prior to the date required. Rooms may not be booked for a period longer than two hours per day. Bookings may be subject to cancellation if required by University staff. No food or drink is permitted in meeting rooms.
